Ben Basch

Benjamin Basch has decades of experience providing facility and amenity services to both condominium and apartment clients. Ben entered the world of aquatics spending his summers at a Baltimore, MD community pool joining the swim team at 6 years old. At 15 he earned his lifeguard certification and continued to swim competitively into his college years at Ohio University. After graduating college, Ben joined American Pool in Baltimore and went on to open the NJ and NY markets for the firm in the late 1990’s as area President. As a PHTA CPO Instructor he has certified hundreds of Certified Pool Operators. He is currently working with GSS, a New York based facility services firm; responsible for growing their New Jersey and Pennsylvania client base. He remains an active member and volunteer of NESPA and the Community Association Institute. Ben resides close to the NJ Shore with his wife and children.
